A Cifra Műhely Közhasznú Kulturális Egyesület workshopok, rendezvények, tábor megvalósításával kívánja segíteni a jelen embere és a jövő generációja számára, hogy a mai globalizált, felgyorsult, fogyasztó-orientált világban nem menjenek el az igazi értékek mellett. Törekvésünk, hogy megismerjék a kultúránk és kisebbségi kultúrák sokszínűségét, a magyar népi kultúra egyes szeleteit, a hagyományos és modern kortárs művészeteket, azok megőrzését és továbbörökítését. Az egyes generációk és célcsoportok és az előadó-művészek között szeretnénk elősegíteni a kulturális termékek áramlását.
Műhelyeink, táboraink, programjainak összeállításánál, a szakmai előadók kiválasztásánál törekedtünk a sokszínűségre, az érdeklődés és figyelem fenntarthatóságára és a különböző célcsoportok kor és érdeklődés szerinti igényeinek lefedésére.
Az Egyesület eddigi tevékenységéből és megvalósított projektjeiből a jó gyakorlatokat a szakmai tervünkben és a megvalósítás során is felhasználjuk, valamint új innovatív módszerekkel egészítjük ki azokat. Az előkészítés, a megvalósítás és a fenntartási időszak tevékenységéhez tapasztalt, szakmailag felkészült humánerőforrást biztosítunk. A tevékenységekbe bevont művészek magas fokú szakértelemmel és szakmai tapasztalattal, komoly referenciákkal rendelkeznek. A szakmai terv elkészítése előtt helyzetfelmérést és elemzéseket végeztünk, mely egyértelműen igazolta, hogy a tervezett szakmai program hiánypótló, létező szükségletekre válaszol és innovatív megoldásokat tartalmaz. Különös figyelmet fordítunk a megvalósítás során a környezetterhelés csökkentésére, a gazdasági és társadalmi fenntarthatóságra, a nemek közötti esélyegyenlőségre.
A tevékenységek két régiót is érintenek, Palkonya (Dél-Dunántúli Régió) és Kiscsősz (Közép-Dunántúli Régió) településeken, nagyon szép környezetben lesznek megtartva. A tervezett programok során a résztvevők megismerkedhetnek a cigány népzenével, táncokkal, hangszerekkel, amit ki is próbálhatnak az érdeklődők. A táborokban tánctanítással, énektanítással, csoportfoglalkozásokkal várjuk a résztvevőket. A táborok során 2000 fő részvételére számítunk, ahol zene műhely, tánc műhely, tánc és zenei előadások kerülnek megrendezésre.

Az első tábor Palkonyán kerül megrendezésre 2016. augusztus 2-6. között, ahol a résztvevők a csángó népzene tradicionális és modern formáinak felhasználásával, a hagyományos és a mai gondolkodás harmóniájával, a zenei igényesség jegyében vonultatja fel kedvenc műfajait. A program neve: CSÁNGÓ TÁNC ÉS ZENÉSZTÁBOR PALKONYÁN. A táborban hangszeres oktatásra és tánctanulásra nyílik lehetőség a moldvai magyaroktól, valamint kárpátaljai és magyarországi zenészektől és táncosoktól. Közreműködik a Fajkusz Banda (Sopron), Csipkés Banda (Kárpátalja), Moldvai Hagyományőrzők, Kerényi Robi és zenekara, az Erőss Banda és a Karaván Família családi cigányzenekar. A program végén össznépi záró mulatságot tartunk az udvaron a rendezvényen résztvevő összes zenész közreműködésével. Továbbá az alábbi kiállításokat tekinthetik meg a résztvevők: Havasmezői Tünde – fotográfus fotói, Cifra szoba Mérából c. kiállítás Erdélyből, Gyöngyékszer kiállítás Kokas Éva munkáiból.
A második tábor egy kis Veszprém megyei faluban, Kiscsőszön kerül megrendezésre 2016. szeptember 14-18 között. A program címe: EGYÜTTÉLÉSBEN – ÉLŐ ÉRTÉKEK A SOMLÓ-SÁG KULTURÁLIS TENGELYÉN. Kiscsőszön egy kulturális fesztivált kívánunk megtartani, ahol a résztvevők táncképzésen, műhelymunkákon, kiállításokon, vásárokon illetve különböző gasztronómiai programokon vehetnek részt.

A harmadik tábor – az elsőhöz hasonlóan – szintén Palkonyán kerül megrendezésre 2016. szeptember 21-25. között. A tábor neve: „SZÜRETI NYITOTT PINCÉK – Kulturális Sokadalom Palkonyán. A rendezvénysorozaton több állandó programot kívánunk megtartani. Ilyen többek között a táncos, zenész műhely munkák, kiállítások, gasztronómiai programok. Ezen kívül a programokon több zenekar is fellép: az első napon a Dobroda zenekar és táncház mutatja be a felcsíki, moldvai hagyományos zenéket, illetve táncokat. A második napon Zeneakadémiai Templom koncertet szervezünk, és ezen kívül a Babra zenekar koncertezik. A program utolsó napjain a Kalotaszegi zenekar ad játszik a jelenlévőknek, illetve a szombati napon több együttes is fellép rajtuk kívül: Singas Project, Dűvő zenekar. Ezen napon tartjuk egyébiránt a programhoz kapcsolódóan a szüreti felvonulást a faluban traktorokkal, kocsikkal, tánccal és muzsikával.

A projekt előkészítése, megvalósítása, majd eredményei számos nyilvánossági- és tájékoztatási csatornán kerülnek bemutatásra. A projektben résztvevő közreműködők, előadók és menedzsment tagjai a jövőbeni együttműködés potenciális lehetőségeit is felvázolják, biztosítva ezzel az eredmények hosszú távú hatásainak biztosítását és fenntarthatóságát. A projekt során a 10% önerő 50%-át készpénzben, 50%-át természetbeni hozzájárulással, önkéntes munkával biztosítjuk. A költségek a szükségesség és takarékosság elve alapján kerülnek meghatározásra. Mind az önerőre, mind a fenntartási költségekre elkülönítjük a szükséges összeget illetve arra tartalékot képzünk. A programjaink nagymértékben segítik a kulturális sokszínűség előmozdítását, a kulturális tevékenységek terjesztését. Egyesületünk büszke arra, hogy tevékenységével, törekvéseivel segíti a kortárs művészetek, a kulturális értékek innovatív módon történő megismertetését, megőrzését és nagymértékben hozzájárul Európa kulturális intelligenciájának növeléséhez.

Cifra Workshop Public Cultural Association wishes to organize workshops, events, camps in order to help the present and future generations to recognize true values in our globalized, fast-paced and consumer oriented world. Our mission is to introduce, preserve and perpetuate our culture, such as the diverse minority culture, some aspects of Hungarian folk culture, traditional, and contemporary arts. We strive to promote the flow of cultural products among generations, the target audiences, and the performing artists.

We have aimed to achieve diversity, maintaining interest, attention, and fulfilling the needs of target audiences of different age and interest during the compilation of our workshops, programs of the camp and in the selection of professional performers.

In the professional plan and the implementation phase, we plan to use good practices that we have already worked out during our activities and accomplished projects, as well as adding new innovations in our methods. We provide professional human resources for the planning, implementation and maintenance activities. Artists involved in the program are professionals with creditable references. Prior to composing our professional plan, we had delivered position papers and analyses that unequivocally justified that the planned professional program answers existing needs, fills up scarcities, and involves innovative solutions. During the implementation phase, we pay particular attention to mitigate environmental impacts, to economic and social sustainability, and equal opportunities between the sexes.

The venues of the activities are Palkonya (South Transanubium Region) and Kiscsősz (Middle Transdanubium Region) villages, this way involving two territorial regions set in a beautiful area. During the programs, the participants are introduced to gipsy folk music, dances and musical instruments and they can even give it a try playing them. Camp activities include dancing and singing tutorials, group workshops. The number of expected campers is 2000 people with the possibility to participate in music and dance workshops, and performances.

The first camp, held in Palkonya between 2 and 6 August, 2016 where using the traditional and  modern forms of Csángó folk music in harmony of traditional and present day thinking, presents  popular musical genres according to the highest standards. The name of the program is CSÁNGÓ DANCE AND MUSIC CAMP IN PALKONYA. Participants have an opportunity to learn musical instruments and dances from Hungarian musicians and dancers of Moldva, Subcarpathia and Hungary. Presenters are Fajkusz Band (Sopron), Csipkés Band (Subcarpathia), Tradtional Moldva Band, Robi Kerényi and Band, Erőss, Band and Karaván Família gipsy family band. The closing event will be an all-participant farewell party with all the musicians playing. The following exhibitions are also be visible: Photos of Tünde Havasmezői, an exhibition from Transsylvania titled ‘Cifra Room from Méra’, and beaded jewelry by Éva Kokas.

The second camp is held in Kiscsősz, a village in Veszprém county, between 14 and 18 September, 2016. The title of the program is: LIVING TOGETHER – LIVING VALUES IN THE CULTURAL CENTERLINE OF SOMLÓ REGION. We wish to hold a cultural festival in Kiscsősz. Those participating can attend workshops, dance tutorials, exhibitions, fairs and gastronomical programs.

The third camp – similarly to the first – is also held in Palkonya, between 21 and 25 September, 2016. The name of the camp is: OPEN CELLARS AT HARVEST – Cultural Medley in Palkonya. The programs include dance and musical workshops, exhibitions, gastronomical events. The camp features several musical bands: on the first day Dobroda band and dance house presents traditional music and dances from Felcsík and Moldva. The second day will bring a Music Academy Church concert and the Babra band. On the last day of the camp Kalotaszegi band plays to the audience and several other bands present on the following Saturday like Singas Project and Düvő bands. The same day witnesses the harvest march with tractors, coaches, dance and music.

The planning, implementation and the results of the project will be presented in open and informative communication channels. Those managing, organizing and participating in the project sketch in potential future cooperation possibilities that ensure the maintenance of long term effects of the results gained. Financing the project involves 10% own funds that is composed of 50% cash and 50% voluntary work. The costs were determined according to the principles of necessity and economy. The project total cost is ten million Hungarian forints. The amounts needed for the own funds and maintenance costs are being set aside and made reserves for them. Our programs target to foster cultural diversity and spreading cultural activities. Our Association is proud of helping the innovative introduction and preservation of contemporary arts and cultural values through its activities. We see it as a way of contribution to raising the cultural intelligence of Europe.

The two thousand people participating in these camps, have left enriched with valuable cultural events. We wish to shorten the duration of the project by one month and we sent a notification of change declaring the closing time of the project to modify from December 31st to November 30th. The reason behind this is that all activities previously undertaken have been fully completed.The project will end with a monumental closing program.

Tasks, activities currently under implementation	As mentioned above, the three camps (Dance and Music Camp, Living Together – reinforcing gipsy and Hungarian relations and the Open Cellars at Harvest – Cultural Medley) have been carried out according to schedule. Other activities, documentation, administration etc. related to the organization of these camps make up the remaing part of the project.At the end of the project all activities will be fully accounted for.
Main results achieved by now	In August, within the course of the first camp, an opening ceremony was held with the attendance of six hundred people. In addition to this, the three camps hosted two thousand people. According to this, the indicator target value was reached. All persons involved left with very good impressions.
Risks already incurred or expected	Introduction of risks, their management and possible affect on the project implementation (list of risks)  During the full implementation of the project several risks might incur as below: financial (liquidity) risks, weather related risks, and social risks. –          Weather related difficulties: During the events rainy and cold weather can occur that can decrease the efficiency of the implementation of the programs, and in more extreme cases, bad weather can cause concerts, programs to be cancelled. Assessment measures: using tents in case of bad weather to ensure the seamless implementation of programs. No concerts need to be cancelled. –          Liquidity risks: If tender advance payment is deferred, liquidity problems can occur.   Assessment: To ensure own funds and maintenance cost, reserves are made by the Association. (Advance payment has arrived meanwhile.) –          Social risks: Negative feedback on events, local population does not actively attend programs. Assessment: Proper information, communication (posters, flyers).
